- Freshly roasted light roasted coffee and ground Cardamom coffee with spices.
- Hot water (one cup per serving).
- Optional: Additional Cardamom for the serving pot.
Equipment:
- Arabian Dallah (coffee pot) or cezve (ibrik).
- Small espresso coffee cups.
Instructions:

Measure the Water:
- Using the coffee cups you'll be serving in, measure the hot water and pour it into the cezve.

Add Coffee:
- Add the coffee powder to the boiling water in the cezve. Do not stir immediately.
- Leave it to boil for one full minute.

- Gently stir the mixture over low heat, ensuring the heat is low to avoid rapid boiling.

- Gradually heat the coffee. As it warms, foam will start to form.

- Before the coffee boils (when bubbles start forming), remove the cezve from the heat.

- Return the cezve to the heat, allowing it to gently boil. Ideally, repeat this process one to three times to enhance the foam.
